    1. Q: Why should I buy my Corvette from Roger's Corvette Center?

A: Look closely. Compare our Corvettes to the others and you will likely find ours to be in far superior condition, with fewer miles, and usually all factory original equipment. We also examine the mechanical condition of each of our Corvettes before they go on sale to ensure trouble free service to our customers. You can compare 40 or more of our cars in the comfort of our air conditioned showroom with many more just outside. We are here to answer all your questions, but won't badger you, either.

    2. Q: Can I trade in my current vehicle on a Roger's Corvette?

    A: Roger's accepts both Corvette and non-Corvette trade-ins.

    3. Q: I'm interested in selling my Corvette? Does Roger's buy Corvettes outright or sell on consignment?

A: Roger's is always interested in clean, low mileage, excellent condition Corvettes of all years. If you believe your Corvette can match Roger's high quality standards, we would be happy to discuss purchasing or consignment options with you.

    4. Q: Can I finance my Corvette through Roger's?

A: Yes! Roger's Corvette Center can now arrange up to 72 month financing (six years!) on any year Corvette to residents of all 50 states upon qualification.

Through a special arrangement with a nationwide finance company, financing is available for qualified buyers on any Corvette in stock at reasonable, competitive rates. Due to varying state laws, special financing rates may not be available to residents of all states. Please contact us for details.

Of course, if you are affiliated with a bank, credit union, or other lending institution, you are free to arrange your own financing. We'll be happy to help however we can. Find the Corvette you want from our large inventory, and then contact us for details.

    5. Q: I live in another state. Do you ship Corvettes?

A: Roger's ships Corvettes worldwide. Both open and fully enclosed transport can be arranged with several recommended shippers experienced with custom and exotic car transport. We deal ONLY with fully insured, door to door, reputable shipping companies that we have successfully used for years. Transport drivers take extraordinary care of the vehicles in their charge to ensure they arrive in the same condition in which they left. Keep in mind that each situation is different so the cost may vary considerably. If interested in shipping a vehicle purchased from Roger's, contact us for a quote.

We'll do our best to make the exact arrangements to suit your specific needs.

    6. Q: What about shipping costs to other countries?

A: Again, shipping costs can vary widely depending on the final destination but we have recently shipped to European destinations (including England, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, and Spain) for as little as $820 plus insurance which is 1.75% of the value of the cargo. In country shipping charges from the port of entry to final destination is extra if the vehicle is not picked up at the port. Transit time is usually three weeks. Any applicable duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are additional.

    7. Q: How do you handle licensing, sales taxes, and vehicle registration for both Florida and non-Florida residents?

A: First of all, it is important to understand that Roger's applies no processing, paperwork, or administrative fees of any kind. Some dealers charge $300-$500 for these fees which are really only additional dealer profit. At Roger's the price you are quoted is the price you pay, plus any applicable taxes or fees required by law as described below.

Florida Residents are responsible for the following by law:

Non-Florida residents are responsible for state sales taxes:

IMPORTANT: Laws vary from state to state and may change without notice. Other possible registration/tag fees may apply according to each individual states' policies. We recommend that the customer contact his or her local Department of Motor Vehicles for their specific policy on reciprocation.

    8. Q: I live in another country. How do you manage customs?

A: Customs regulations vary with each country and therefore must remain the responsibility of the buyer. We will be happy to assist in whatever way possible, however.

    9. Q: I live in Canada. Do you have any special information about shipping, licensing, and registration for me?

A: We have a great deal of experience in out-of-country sales, particularly to our many friends north of the border. Please allow us to refer you to the text of an excellent email message from one of our Canadian customers who recently purchased his Corvette from Roger's. He explains his experience with Roger's as well as the many ins and outs of importing a US car into Canada. Click here to view his message. For even more information, visit his Corvette Grand Sport web site which is extremely well designed and contains a wealth of information.

Of course, if you have further questions, feel free to contact us for specifics.

    10. Q: How can I be assured of the condition of one of your Corvettes I am considering purchasing?

A: All Roger's Corvettes undergo a rigorous inspection before they are ever offered for sale. After all, we are opposed to surprises, too, and want you to be happy with your investment. While most of our used vehicles are sold on an as-is basis, we will be happy to help you arrange the purchase of either a factory or third-party warranty. While we will be the first to tell you there is no such thing as a "perfect" pre-owned Corvette, we pride ourselves in offering only the cleanest examples available. Compare the quality of vehicles in our inventory to those offered by other dealers and we think you'll be suitably impressed!

    11. Q: Can I arrange a third party inspection of my vehicle prior to purchase?

Of course, we want you to be wholly satisfied with your purchase, so we encourage you to make use of a third party vehicle inspection service, especially for our customers buying sight-unseen. One such service we highly recommend is Auto Critic (407-696-2886), as our customers have been very pleased with them in the past. For a modest fee, they will send an "ASE" Certified technician to our location to perform a 160 to 280-point unbiased inspection on the Corvette you're planning to buy and provide you a detailed written report of their evaluation. Armed with this information, you'll have even more confidence in your purchase.

    12. Q: Where are you located and what are your hours?

A: Roger's Corvette Center is located at 8675 N. Orlando Avenue in Maitland, Florida, just North of downtown Orlando. Click here for directions and a map to our showroom. We are open from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday and 9 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays. We are closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year's Day. Our telephone number is 407-628-8300 and fax number is 407-628-8388.

    13. Q: I am flying in to Orlando with the express purpose to buy a Corvette from Roger's. Is transportation to or from the airport available?

A: We will be happy to provide courtesy transportation for Corvette buyers. Just let us know in advance when you plan to arrive and we will make every effort to meet you at the airport and drive you to our showroom.

    14. Q: My budget is limited. Do you have any Corvette "fixer-uppers?"

A: We specialize in quality, original, low mileage Corvettes of all years. However, from time to time we do run across Corvettes that could use some work. If you let us know exactly what you are searching for we can let you know in advance when we run across a Corvette that could use a little extra attention.

    15. Q: How long have you been in business?

A: Owner Roger Judski has been in the business of buying and selling quality Corvettes since 1965. In that time he has established a reputation for honesty, service before and after the sale, and above all, quality Corvettes!

    16. Q: The pictures on your website are great, but I'd like more detailed photos or a video of a particular Corvette. Can these be provided?

A: Additional photos are available for serious buyers upon request. Provide us your full name and mailing address and we will shoot a complete roll of film of the chosen Corvette(s) and mail the undeveloped roll directly to you. Easier and faster, we can also email additional digital photos. Call us for more information.

    17. Q: Are Corvettes a good investment?

A: While some limited edition or early model Corvettes have skyrocketed in value over the years, no one can guarantee a monetary return on your Corvette purchase. If properly maintained and cared for, Corvettes do retain their value very well. But perhaps the best return on your investment is simply the pride and enjoyment of Corvette ownership... many enthusiasts consider these priceless commodities in their own right.

    18. Q: I like one of your Corvettes in stock, but I'd really like to have a set of glass roof panels and aftermarket wheels installed. Is that possible?

A: Roger's carries a selection of popular accessories such as glass roof panels, removable hard tops, custom wheels, etc. In conjunction with Eckler's Corvette Parts and Accessories and other reputable suppliers, we can obtain most any aftermarket items available. We would be happy to equip your Corvette just as you want it prior to delivery.

    19. Q: I need some mechanical repairs and/or body work done for my Corvette. Can you recommend a good repair/body shop that I could trust my Corvette to?

A: Roger's realizes the care and maintenance of your Corvette is important and that only the best will do. For your convenience, Corvette Masters and Burke Corvettes are located in new facilities right next door to our showroom. Corvette Masters (407-831-3990) offers quality mechanical repairs and high-performance modifications for all Corvette years and models. Burke Corvettes (407-539-1717) provides expert paint, body, and restoration services from pure stock to wild customs. They are both Corvette experts with years of experience and hundreds of satisfied customers behind them. Roger trusts them with his personal cars. You should too!

    20. What recourse of action do I have if I am unhappy following the purchase of a Corvette from Roger's?

A: The entire staff at Roger's Corvette Center is dedicated to filling your Corvette needs to your full satisfaction. If you ever have any problems about any aspect of our service to you before or after the sale, please do us the courtesy of allowing us the opportunity to make it right. Contact us right away and nine times out of ten, we can correct the situation to your satisfaction. We appreciate your business and value your friendship! After all, we are Corvette enthusiasts, too!

    21. Why don't you show the exact mileage on each car in your inventory?

A: A car listed with "4,000 Miles" could have anywhere from 4,000 to 4,999 miles. We list mileage in thousands only as a matter of convenience. If we listed the exact mileage, our web site would have to be updated constantly every time a car was taken for a test drive. To find out the current exact mileage, just give us a call or email us, and we'll be happy to check the odometer right then and there for you.

    22. Why do I see "orange peel" on some factory paint finishes and not on others?

A: Excessive "Orange Peel" (a paint surface with a texture of "hills" and "valleys" similar to the skin of an orange) is a common complaint about some factory Corvette paint jobs. Click here to read an excellent article by Dan Stauft (Paint Process Engineer at the GM Bowling Green Assembly Plant) discussing this problem in detail.
